Delivery Policy
At Singh Event Rentals, we aim to provide convenient and reliable pickup and delivery services for your event needs. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth experience:
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are based on the delivery location and the size of the rental order. These charges will be communicated during the booking process and included in your invoice.
Delivery Timeframe: We will work with you to schedule a delivery time that fits your event timeline. Delivery times are subject to availability and may be affected by traffic and other external factors.
Delivery Location: Please provide an accurate delivery address and any specific instructions or accessibility considerations during the booking process. Our delivery team requires clear access to the designated delivery location.
Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, our team will confirm the rental items and quantities with you. Please inspect the delivered items and notify our team immediately of any discrepancies or concerns.
Count and Inspection: We require you to count all items with the driver and sign the delivery invoice to confirm that everything has been delivered. We cannot accept quantity disputes after the event. If no one is on-site at the time of delivery, our driver will leave the rental items at a predetermined location, and you agree to accept the order as complete and acknowledge that all delivered equipment is in good working order unless we receive immediate notification.
Liability and Risk: The client assumes all risk of damage or injury during the installation of rental items. This includes potential damage to flooring, patios, driveways, walkways, and underground utilities. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe installation.
Delivery Conditions: Deliveries will be made to areas readily accessible to our trucks or trailers. Extra charges may apply for difficult access, long carries, stair deliveries, or repeated delivery or pick-up attempts. Ensure the delivery location is easily accessible and inform us of any potential obstacles during the booking process.
Cancellation or Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule a delivery, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Late cancellations may incur charges or penalties. For pickup cancellations or rescheduling, notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees or loss of reserved rental items.
