Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Singh Event Rentals for your party rental needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. Please review our Return & Refund Policy to understand our guidelines for returns and refunds.

Returns

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective rental items, notify us immediately upon receipt or discovery of the issue. We value your satisfaction and will work promptly to resolve the problem. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement for the damaged or defective items.

Refunds

Reserved and Paid Items: Once rental items are reserved and payment is made, no refund will be issued. However, in special situations, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your situation.

Unused Items: Refunds will not be issued for rental items, whether used or unused.

Damaged or Altered Items: Rental items must be returned without damage or alterations. Any damage caused during the rental period may result in additional charges, and refunds will not be issued for damaged or altered items.

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable once the items have been delivered according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation: If you need to cancel your event after reservation and payment, refunds will not be issued. However, in special situations, we will evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Changes to Orders

Modification or Rescheduling: If you need to modify your order or reschedule the rental period, please contact us at least 2 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to item availability. Additional charges may apply for modifications that increase the rental cost.

Important Points

  1. All rental items must be returned without damage or alterations. Any damage caused during the rental period may result in additional charges, excluding normal wear and tear.
  2. Refunds, if approved, will only be issued to the original payment method used for the rental transaction.
  3. This Return & Refund Policy applies to items rented directly from Singh Event Rentals.
